Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the kpktoto platform — whether through a web browser or mobile app — you automatically agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any provision in this document, you are required to stop using the platform immediately.

To use the kpktoto platform, you must meet the following requirements:

Be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
Be a legally eligible individual to enter into a binding agreement.
Not be located in a jurisdiction where online betting activities are prohibited.
Register using accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information.

Kpktoto reserves the right to verify a user's identity at any time and may request supporting documents such as a national ID or driving licence for account verification purposes.

Account Creation, Security & Suspension Policy

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on kpktoto. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice. You are solely responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate and current.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. kpktoto will not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your account due to user negligence. Please contact our support team immediately if you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Account Suspension

Kpktoto reserves the right to suspend or close any user account found to be in violation of these Terms & Conditions, involved in fraudulent activity, abusing the bonus system, or engaging in any activity that compromises the security or integrity of the platform.

Self-Account Closure

Users who wish to close their own account may do so by contacting the kpktoto support team via email at [email protected]. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any eligible balance will be returned in accordance with the standard withdrawal procedure.

Payment, Deposit & Withdrawal Information (MYR)

All financial transactions on the kpktoto platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The platform supports a range of recognised payment methods commonly used by Malaysian users, including TNG eWallet, FPX, and internet banking transfers.

Minimum deposit amounts and withdrawal limits are subject to the platform's current policies as stated on the user account page. kpktoto reserves the right to amend these limits at any time with reasonable notice. All deposits are considered final once confirmed by the payment system.

Withdrawals will be processed within the designated timeframe depending on the chosen payment method. kpktoto reserves the right to hold withdrawals for security verification or compliance purposes, particularly where suspicious account activity is detected. Funds identified as proceeds of fraudulent activity will not be returned and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

Users may only withdraw funds to a bank account or e-wallet registered in their own name. kpktoto does not permit transfers to third parties.

User Responsibilities and Platform Usage Rules

Kpktoto users agree to use this platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. The responsibilities and rules that must be observed include the following:

You may not use automated software, bots, or scripts to access or manipulate the kpktoto platform.
You may not attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the platform's systems.
You may not spread false, misleading, or harmful information through the platform.
Not engage in any form of fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity through the kpktoto platform.
Not abuse promotional offers or bonuses in a manner that is irresponsible or contrary to the conditions of the promotion.
Not share your account with any other individual or allow others to access your account.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension, balance freeze, and appropriate legal action where necessary.

The platform is provided "as is" and kpktoto makes no guarantee that the service will always be free from interruptions or errors.

Intellectual Property

All content on the kpktoto platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, and software code — is the exclusive property of kpktoto and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Users are not permitted to copy, modify, distribute, or use any platform content without prior written consent from kpktoto.

Third-Party Links

The kpktoto platform may contain links to third-party websites. kpktoto is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third-party sites. Users are advised to review the terms and privacy policies of any third-party website before using it.

Changes to Terms & Applicable Law

Kpktoto reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes take effect immediately upon publication on this page. Users are encouraged to review this page periodically to stay informed of the latest applicable terms.

Continued use of the kpktoto platform following any changes to these Terms & Conditions constitutes acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the changes made, you should discontinue use of the platform and close your account.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these Terms & Conditions shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction in Malaysia. Users hereby agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts for the resolution of any such disputes.
